Eric R. Buell, MD, and his wife, Megan, have four children, two of whom attend the Salt Lake campus of American Heritage School.  After growing up in the Midwest, Eric attended Brigham Young University—pausing his studies to serve a full-time Latter-day Saint mission in the country of India—and returned to complete his degree in Exercise Science. He attended medical school at The University of Kansas and continued his training at Harvard Medical School/Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where he completed his residency in Anesthesiology.  He specialized in Pediatric Anesthesiology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center before joining the private practice of Pediatric Anesthesiologists, Inc. He serves as the chair of the Department of Anesthesiology at Primary Children’s Hospital. He and his family happily live in the downtown Salt Lake City area.

Eric and Megan are excited and grateful to be a part of the AHS family and to see it grow in the Salt Lake valley.
