To receive credit at American Heritage School for participating in extracurricular activities of another organization, AHS students must verify their eligibility and participation by completing the Application for Participation Credit Form and submitting it using the upload tool below. After submitting the completed form, please send an email to slcprincipal@ahsmail.com requesting review.
